3A. Certification Use Policy
Learners who have been awarded GO-AKS certifications may use the relevant designations (such as G-CAMO or GO-AKS) while the certification remains valid and active.
Misrepresentation of credential status or continued use after expiry or revocation may result in certification withdrawal and public invalidation where appropriate.
4. Nature of Services and Digital Delivery
All GO-AKS certifications, courses, examinations, and credentials are provided as digital professional services.
Upon successful payment, enrollment is activated automatically. This may include:
Account and course access setup
Certification seat allocation
Eligibility for examination and credential issuance
Backend system provisioning required to deliver the service
Because these processes begin immediately, service delivery is considered initiated at the time of enrollment, regardless of whether the learner has logged in or accessed course materials.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases made on GO-AKS are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Certification enrollments are generally non-refundable once processed
