All GO-AKS offerings are digital services. Upon successful payment, your enrollment is automatically activated, which may include:
Account and course access provisioning
Certification seat allocation
Examination and credential eligibility

Because these processes begin immediately after payment, the service is considered initiated at the time of enrollment.
3. Digital Courses and Certifications
Once a digital course or certification enrollment is successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable. This applies regardless of whether the course materials have been accessed, viewed, or an examination has been attempted.
Refunds are not provided for situations such as:
Change of personal or professional plans
Non-usage or delayed usage of the course
Time constraints or scheduling conflicts
4. Technical Access Support
If you experience a technical issue accessing your course or certification, please contact our support team at support@globalaks.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Our team will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it within up to 8 business days.
Technical issues that may be supported include:
Platform access errors attributable to GO-AKS systems
Verified system-level disruptions preventing course access
Technical issues that are outside GO-AKS control are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
Internet or Wi-Fi connectivity problems
Device, browser, or operating system limitations
Mobile, laptop, or hardware-related issues
Email access issues caused by spam filters or incorrect user details
In such cases, our team will provide reasonable guidance, but refunds cannot be issued for issues arising from the learner’s own technical environment.
5. Subscription-Based Services (If Applicable)
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same product or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us promptly with relevant transaction details.
Once verified, GO-AKS will process either:
A refund of the duplicate amount, or
A suitable credit, based on your preference where applicable
7. Returns
As GO-AKS provides only digital services, returns are not applicable. All valid purchases are treated as final once enrollment is completed.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage learners to contact our support team directly for any billing or access-related concerns. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting GO-AKS may delay resolution and access to services.
GO-AKS reserves the right to review disputed transactions using enrollment records and system logs.
